Saad Amaal Habib

Saad Amaal Habib is a Senior Counsel at the Federal Practice Group. He has deep experience and passion for representing individuals and holding agencies and/or government accountable to established rules and procedures.

Mr. Saad’s practice focus is concentrated on complex civil litigation across industry and government sectors nationwide before state and federal trial and appellate courts. He has particular expertise representing clients in criminal defense, civil rights enforcement both state and federal including Title VII, Title IX, and 42 U.S.C. §1983, and Plaintiff side private sector employment law.
